LaunchPad

Struggling to implement and scale an app of my own in Design class as a sophomore, conversations with friends revealed to me the scale of the problem. Many students required support in their building journey. I wished to share my learnings and experiences to help other students face the challenges I had faced.

We enable students' learning through our 3-pronged approach. Engaging curriculum vetted by experts and tested in pilots builds a knowledge base. Expert interviews provide students insights on real-life applications of skills. Guided assignments handhold students as they create their own projects. Throughout the process, support from the community and our network of volunteers empowers students.

We have a hybrid structure. Our physical chapters have expanded LaunchPad from 1 school to 15 schools across 5 countries, each chapter led by an ambitious and innovative regional lead. On the other hand, our digital platform provides access to our curriculum, content and network to students across the world completely free

Partnerships with NGOs and private organisations have evolved recently. Conducting sessions at a few NGOs in the Delhi-NCR region of India, we have impacted 100+ underserved students with our modules. Moreover, recent partnerships with a private Edtech firm are allowing us to gain traction through mutual promotion on websites, social media etc.
